Tradaree Arms

McKenna Consulting Engineers were appointed for the Design, Tender and Supervision of upgrade and refurbishment works, at the Tradareee Arms, Newmarket on Fergus, for Obair.  Works incorporated a change of use from a public bar with restaurant and accommodation, into units for 4no. food related business start up companies and a 'meals on wheels' production centre.
